Contact anytime (yes, last minute is fine) and indicate which hotel or property you have your eye on and your exact dates. You will be booked with benefits if it’s an approved partner property or bookable through one of my many partner sites. Offering you the best available rates, complimentary VIP perks like room upgrades, welcome gifts, daily breakfast, resort credits, and more when available.

If your accommodation selection is not a property that I can book for you as a partner, or I have a more sustainable compatible option; I will present it to you complimentary for consideration.

With this service you will begin with a consultation. Then a proposal is put together for you based on your interests, dates, and budget. The proposal answers all your questions, along with a meticulously curated and structured list of proposed accommodation options quoted with the best available rates to your dates. Accompanied with the accommodation suggestions is the general why this area, what to do, and any considerations necessary for you to make a selection (ie. transportation or activity types or sites).

Once you receive the proposal you can utilize this resource to arrange the trip yourself OR you can make your bookings with VIP perks at no cost to you through New Vibration Travel.

If you book accommodations with me you will also be provided with a curated listed of local experiences (from where to eat, shop, beach, hike, etc).

This is how New Vibration Travel got it’s start ~ designing full custom itineraries for travelers that don’t have the time to dedicate in planning a big vacation, coordinating group travel, or planning a milestone event in an unknown destination.

So if you simply want to invest in expert and strategic destination planning ~ this service is for you.

After a 1-1 consultation to understand your travel style, intentions and vibe for your trip - you will be designed a meticulously detailed day-by-day itinerary tailored perfectly to your desired interests. In our consultation we will align on the number of itinerary proposals you desire (options are an option). If you want to be involved, I will work with you to align on everything until it meets your sign-off and approval. Remember itineraries are fully custom to you!

Important note: a “full itinerary” does not mean you have to do a ton of private guided tours or have drivers. We determine in our consultation your desired style of travel most compatible to the destination, budget and logistics and the itinerary is designed accordingly.

Depending the location and logistics, I often work with my sustainable DMC global partners (more details on this in consultation if a fit) to have a dedicated team on the ground available 24/7 to make your trip as seamless as possible. All you have to do is pack your bags and go.

Handling your room blocks for your guests if needed at a hotel or surrounding areas; saving you time and money on the contracts and negotiations. Advising you on the best options suitable for your budget and vision. Ensuring all the travel arrangements for your guests are handled without any hassle to you. (this is particularly helpful when friends and family want to create a vacation extension add on to your wedding).

Helping you plan your bachelor/ette party and booking your accommodations. Option to have full itinerary planning and concierge services so your entire celebration is organized (from private chefs to local yachts). All the details designed for you.
