How It Works

These are the general steps for New Vibration Travel to build a custom experience tailored to your brand or personal group preferences.

It all begins with a thorough introduction session for me to learn about you, your brand, your clientele if applicable, or your cohort. We discuss your style of travel or experience with retreats. We decide on the key goals of your brand (or individual group) to ensure that throughout the planning all KPIs for success are considered; whether that is making money, brand awareness, building community or content creation.
We discuss what the brand role is, who the host is if applicable and of course the potential collective in attendance.
We brainstorm (at your comfort) on the structural opportunities and intentions this custom vacation can offer.
During this stage I ingest enough information to inspire a strategic proposal for your custom intentional retreat.
This is the phase in which you are presented options that are reflective of intro. This is the strategic approach suited to your custom intentional vacation or group retreat. We consider the hosts (if applicable), locations, invite approach, activity and itinerary planning, estimated costs and timing.
As an advertising executive creative strategist with 18 years building brand campaigns and events; I am accustomed to developing robust brand strategies. I hybrid that expertise with my expertise in trip planning to design a strategic approach for your retreat.
(at this phase we ensure everything is aligned on with your brand or personal goals)
We have aligned on the location, the investment, the approach to the invite list and the travel details.
During this phase I handle securing the property, the location logistics, building the itinerary and all the daily details, designing the marketing collateral as applicable and gearing up everything for announcement or invite launch.
During this phase we also produce any collateral like swag or gear that will be gifted or designed custom for the retreat. New Vibration Travel has the resources to support you in this production or internal resources of my clients can handle this. Opportunity to produce ie. a tote bag with a local maker is also an option that can be coordinated.
(depending the length and itinerary of the retreat this phase can have a 4 week ~ 4 min month lead time )
All the booking is handled and managed thru New Vibration Travel making the logistics completely seamless with your announcement.
Every retreat done is 100% a package deal with pricing options depending room category or particular plus-ups around accommodation, but there is no individual booking handled to ensure that the retreats are inclusive and each attendee has a compatible experience to that of which you (your brand) have designed.
Announcements look different for all my clients, but that part is determined in development. For some of my clients the guest list is exclusive and predetermined so no public invite is created - this is more common among a group of friends or a cohort. For some clients (mostly brands) this is done as an announcement either in newsletter and/or social media to existing clientele.
From the moment the group touches down on location thru the time in which every attendee returns home; it is ensured that every single detail and logistic is accounted for to perfection.
My clients attend with no concern about logistics because it is all managed by New Vibration Travel (on site or remotely as needed).

Many of the current retreat offerings are intimidating to the average human and lack style, aesthetic and fun. The retreat landscape is commonly neglecting the need to have fun balanced with breath-work. By building a custom retreat you can offer your cohort, your friend group or your brand clientele a retreat that YOU have customized so that their investment as an attendee feels aligned with their style and taste and approachable intentions. This is not retreat building for strangers. This is not retreat building with exclusivity to an identity ie. single women or techy-bros. This is retreat building to bring together like minded individuals with a package offering that feels complimentary to a vacation they would take with friends.

I have reimagined retreat travel to be less about intensely niche experiences and designed to be more like a vacation with set intentions. This approach to retreat building never fails to neglect the myriad of offerings of the location and offers the right balance of fun expected from a vacation with a custom program and package deal of a retreat. Prioritizing inclusivity, incorporating elements of local enrichment, purpose, reconnection and disconnection. This approach to retreats puts the destination core to the intentions of the host (the brand or individual) and the itinerary to fully embrace your surroundings. This approach creates a package deal, a daily program and an agenda that has room for +ups but does not intimidate attendees. Overall everything is customized to my partner host, brand or cohort.
